    Ah snail mail…who doesn’t love walking out to the mailbox and seeing something fun addressed to them? (bills not included, of course!) It’s even more exciting for kids when they receive something special with their name on it. I love seeing their eye’s light up as they run inside to open up their envelope or box. With all of the stimulation from technology in today’s world, it’s nice to have something for them to learn, read, or use to play outside. That is why as a family, we absolutely love the different subscription boxes that are available for kids.     Stem inspired monthly subscription boxes for kids, this is definitely one our favorites! Our youngest (age 4) receives the Koala box, while our older son (age 7) receives the Kiwi box. Both are completely age appropriate and they need very little adult supervision. Our oldest has made everything from the solar system to a kaleidoscope. While our younger son has made a stuffed animal cloud to a glowing firefly. Each box contains 3 different projects and/or learning games plus an additional booklet for information in case they want to learn more!
