With so many options out there this Travel guide was a great way to narrow things down. The hotel we chose was in an excelent location for sight seeing on foot with the kids. Also they offered a babysitting service! We never really considered babysitting services while on vacation before but we dicided to take advantage of the option and we were able to catch a late show! Thank you @bebevoyage!!!

This Travel Guide came in super handy on our trip! We let our kids choose 1 thing from the "things to do" section everyday. They loved being able have a say in the days activities. My wife and I appreciated all the detailed tips about the public transport and the shopping areas. Even though we did the must do "touristy" things we were able to eat at quirky, off the beaten path, restaurants. We really felt like we were living like locals in a strange city.

Having this guide was a lifesaver! Knowing that our 5 year old is a picky eater my partner and I had come to terms with the fact that most of our meals would be at big fast food Chains also found at home. We decided to to try a couple of spots recommended in the Travel Guide and to our pleasant surprise our boy loved them! We were able to indulge our inner foodie and never once had to visit the golden arches of McDonalds the entire week we were there. We also are very grateful to have discovered a bunch of parks thanks to the guide. It turned out to be the highlight of our trip! We will definitely be using the guide on our next trip!

While the city’s infrastructure (i.e. métro, restaurants) is not particularly family friendly, the people are and help compensate for any deficiencies.

The things to do in Paris with kids vary widely. Paris has exceptional public parks with great playgrounds. Omnipresent crêperies that are sure to be appreciated by young travelers and their parents. Many museums and top attractions in Paris for families are stroller accessible; for preschoolers and older children they also often have special activities, workbooks or exhibits planned.

Paris is a city known for its fabulous food, and you will find a wide array of cuisines and restaurants. The Paris restaurant scene is booming, and you will find ‘Brasseries’ (traditional French diners) at almost every corner, along with independently owned cafés and restaurants. At busier intersections, you can find chain restaurants and fast food. All restaurants are non-smoking indoors and many have designated smoking areas at outside tables. In general, restaurants in Paris are baby and child friendly. There might not be much space to have your stroller at your table though, so be prepared to either fold it up or leave it wherever the waiter finds room for it.
