If you are planning on traveling for the first time (in a long time) with a small child, this is a must-watch!
As travel restrictions begin to lift, this month we spoke to four experts about planning a trip with small kids. In this discussion, we review everything from best ways to book a trip, whether to travel, traveling with a stroller versus a baby carrier, booking bassinets, booking accommodations, travel documents and more.
Our experts are Marianne Perez de Fransius, co-founder and CEO of Bébé Voyage, Juliet Perrachon, co-founder and President of Bébé Voyage, Marta Conte, Bébé Voyage Editor-in-Chief, and Angela Bruneau, Bébé Voyage Director of Partnerships and Communication. All four are mothers of small children and have traveled extensively with them since they were born.
Our Experts:
Marianne Perez de Fransius is Bébé Voyage’s co-founder and CEO. Born with 3 passports and with friends and family around the world, it’s not surprising that she’s always been a traveler. And it didn’t stop when she had kids. Currently based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, her first son was born in Stockholm, Sweden. At 6-weeks he flew to Paris to visit family, before moving to Mozambique a week later. That’s how Bébé Voyage started…
Juliet Perrachon is the co-founder of Bébé Voyage. She has led the community for six years and has had lots of experience traveling with small children in many different case scenarios. She is the mother of a 1st grader and a 4 year-old preschooler. She is also a French teacher.
Marta Conte is the Editor-in-Chief of Bébé Voyage. Marta is an avid traveler, food lover and parent to one 4 year old kiddo. They hold a BA in English Literature and are currently studying remotely with the London School of Journalism.
Angela Bruneau is the Director of Partnership and Communications at Bébé Voyage. Her husband is a pilot and they lived in the Netherlands when their children were still toddlers giving them many opportunities to travel extensively.
