This month, we spoke to 4 experts about the importance of raising the next generation of global citizens from the comfort of home.
Our experts are Bunmi Emenanjo, the founder of Atlas Book Club, Elizabeth Diehl Newcamp, an expert on travel, parenting, and homeschooling, Florence Chabert d’Hieres, a coach dedicated to expat parents, and Juliette Koran , and mother and creative homeschooler.

Juliette Koran is a freelance fashion/prop stylist turned stay at home mom and now, like many others, attempting to navigate homeschooling for the first time.
Bunmi Emenanjo An attorney with a biotechnology background, Bunmi Emenanjo has a career that spans 18 years moving fluidly between the legal and biotechnology world. A mother to three Nigerian-American children, she founded the Atlas Book Club in 2019 as part of her efforts to ensure that her children remain connected with their African heritage, and continue to develop a global awareness through literature.
Elizabeth Newcamp is the attorney turned stay-at-home mom who writes the homeschool and family travel blog Dutch, Dutch, Goose! She also co-hosts Slate’s parenting podcast “Mom and Dad are Fighting,” She is a military spouse and mom to three littles. They are currently calling Navarre, FL home.
Florence Chabert d’Hieres is a woman with quite a story to tell – and one she is managing to live through the support of her family while following her passion. In this Video , Florence shares some of her experiences and what life is like for her right now. Florence Chabert D’Hieres (FCH) is an Adult Third Culture Kids raising three Third Culture Kids. Her very unique story leads her to become an intercultural trainer and international parenting expert. With her background and experience, she wanted children/parents to feel a sense of pride and cohesion in their multiple identities but also in succeeding their expat adventure. Thus, 10 years ago she created Coach4expat helping expats to adjust to their new life in a host country. In 2018, she wrote “I’m a citizen of the world” her first book for parents and children to guide them in achieving their journey. FCH created the burger Metaphor which helps expat families create a sense of belonging during their expat adventure. She also lived the reality of expatriations as a young adult in the USA, Switzerland, Australia, and then as ‘Chief Family Officer’ in the Middle East and Europe.
Marta Conte is the Editor-in-Chief of Bébé Voyage. Marta is an avid traveler, food lover and parent to one 4 year old kiddo. They hold a BA in English Literature and are currently studying remotely with the London School of Journalism.
Juliet Perrachon is the co-founder of Bébé Voyage. She is the mother of a 1st grader and a 4 year-old preschooler. She is also a French teacher.
