This week, Bébé Voyage takes a tour around Denver with our Ambassador Carrie Davis to discover the city’s must-dos from a local.
Best Breakfast Spot In Denver
The Snooze at Union Station. Union Station is absolutely beautiful and you can grab takeout from the Snooze and then eat in the main hall of the station. It’s great because the food is awesome and the kids can run around if they don’t want to sit. Outside of the station is a plaza with fountains that the kids can run around in during the summer months.
Morning Walk
Our mornings are pretty simple. We like to go on walks in our neighborhood or burn some energy at one of the many playgrounds.
Lunch At Spinelli’s:
Spinelli’s deli has great sandwiches and is next to a small park that we call Turtle Park (the actual name is W. H. Ferguson Park). The park is great and has a lot to offer for kids of all ages. Its location is perfect for an impromptu picnic after picking up lunch from Spinelli’s.
An Afternoon To Remember
We are very lucky to have Golden so close to Denver for a quick afternoon getaway. Golden (20 minutes from Denver) is a quaint historic town with a museum, shops, and plenty of places to eat. We normally like to go for a walk along the creek and around the outdoor pioneer museum.

We never wind down!! We have three boys!
Off The Beaten Path
The last stop on our tour around Denver is the Denver Botanic Gardens near Chatfield. The gardens are a little oasis, the perfect city escape. In the fall, they also have an amazing corn maze to keep the kids busy.
